If you happen to receive any faulty or defective items, please inform us within 7 working days upon receiving the order and we will happily replace or credit that item. Please note - items that have been worn and damaged will void the guarantee. This guarantee does not cover faults from loss, accidental damage or mistreatment, modifications to design or damage from perfume, hairspray, water or other agents.
