Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.  Parcel Post delivery is free for items over AUD 200; Express Post delivery is not free. Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout.  Holy Grace Pty Ltd accepts payment via Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express), Direct Deposit and PayPal.  Payment is taken once Holy Grace Pty Ltd has established that we can fulfil your order and stock availability. Holy Grace Pty Ltd will not charge your credit or debit card until your order is ready to dispatch.

Delivery/Shipping

Delivery is within 3 -7 days; all deliveries are by Australia Post with signature confirmation.

We ship internationally also and to ensure the secure delivery of your order, Holy Grace does not ship orders to post office boxes, deliver your order to a freight forwarding company; or ship to regions that require additional information in order to complete a delivery.

Purchasing

All items offered on the Holy Grace Pty Ltd website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on the website, click the "Add to Cart" button shown on each product page.  When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Check out", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.  We keep these data in confidence, in accordance with our privacy policy.

Return & Refund Policy

For change-of-mind returns, faulty or defective items, return postage and the returns address, please read our Returns Policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel or change your order prior to despatch. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel or change within this cancellation period by email at info@holygrace.com.au.
