An 18KT yellow gold scapular necklace with two engraved rectangular medal plates, one depicting Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the other the Sacred Heart of Jesus, suspended in sequence on a fine cable chain.
The lower medal connects to a dangling Latin cross pave-set with round cubic zirconia stones. It fastens with a spring ring clasp.
