30 Years Jewellery Experience
Saint Charbel Makhlouf was a Lebanese Maronite monk, priest and hermit known for his deep spirituality, prayer and devotion to God. Born in Lebanon in 1828, he entered the Lebanese Maronite Order and later lived as a hermit at the Hermitage of Saints Peter and Paul in Annaya.
Saint Charbel was canonized by Pope Paul VI in 1977 and has become one of the most widely venerated saints of Lebanon and the Maronite Catholic Church.
Design
Front:
The front of the medal features an image of Saint Charbel, traditionally depicted wearing his monastic hood and robes, reflecting his life of humility, prayer and devotion.
Reverse:
The reverse of the medal features the prayer “St Charbel Pray for Us”, a simple and meaningful invocation asking for Saint Charbel’s intercession.
Faith & Devotion
Saint Charbel is especially venerated by those seeking his intercession, healing and spiritual guidance. His life of prayer, sacrifice and devotion continues to inspire Christians throughout Lebanon and around the world.
A St Charbel medal is worn as a meaningful expression of faith and devotion and makes a special religious gift for Baptism, First Holy Communion, Confirmation, birthdays, anniversaries and other significant occasions.
